What If Lab (whatiflab.net) is a fan content site and store: we share short science videos and offer a store of digital and physical goods tied to the channel. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Purchases and payment
All purchases are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and processes payment and tax. Every purchase is also subject to Gumroad’s own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms.
Digital goods and refunds
Digital goods are delivered instantly after payment via a download link. Given their instant nature, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product was not as described, handled through Gumroad and subject to its refund policy.
No warranty
The site, its content, and its products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
