Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how the What If Lab site and store (whatiflab.net) collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the site, you agree to what is described here.

Data we collect

  • Your name and email when you enter them into our “notify me” or store forms (for example, to be alerted when a new product drops).
  • Basic analytics and simple cookies to understand how many people visit and how the site is used.

We do not collect payment information; all purchases are handled by Gumroad (see below).

How we use your data

  • To notify you about new product drops or new videos if you asked us to.
  • To fulfil your orders and deliver what you purchased.
  • To improve the site, our content, and the store.

Third parties

We rely on trusted service providers to run the site and store:

  • Gumroad — our checkout and merchant of record: it processes payment, handles applicable tax, and delivers digital goods, under its own privacy policy.
  • Email delivery providers — to send the alerts and messages you requested.
  • Our hosting provider — to serve and store the site’s files.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Data retention

We keep your name and email for as long as you remain subscribed, or for as long as needed to fulfil your orders and meet any legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to unsubscribe from our emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn we have unintentionally collected data from a child under that age, we will delete it promptly.
